Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month except July and August and the third Thursday in December. They usually last about two hours and include such things as trading, evaluations, auctions, stamp games, and special presentations on collecting. All meetings begin at 6:00 pm. The first hour is devoted to "swap and shop" amongst members. The formal meeting begins at 7:00 pm followed by an auction or presentations.

Live meetings are held in the Dogwood Room of Dogwood Pavilion, 1655 Winslow Ave, Coquitlam, BC.​
